Let your bold ideas shape the future of automobiles! Toyota Dream Car Contest is back! We received overwhelming response last year with over 530,000 applicants from 78 countries and regions worldwide. Also using “Your Dream Car” as the theme, the contest aims to promote creativity and diversified development of the young ones through an international platform. This is also the first time that applicants can submit artworks with computer drawings. Get ready and let your imagination run wild!
The contest is split into 2 sections: Hong Kong stage and World Contest*. The top three of each category will represent Hong Kong to compete against the best works in the World Contest. Winners of the World Contest and their schools will be awarded academic scholarships. All students at the age of 15 or under are invited to take part and make Hong Kong proud!

Eligibility of the entrants:

Hong Kong citizens aged 15 years old or below

Category 1: 7 years old or below
Category 2: 8-11 years old
Category 3: 12-15 years old

Artwork requirements:
|
- Recommended size of artwork: A3 (29.7 x 42.0cm) / Tabloid Size (27.2 x 40.6cm)

- 40cm x 55cm (15.7-21.7in.) or smaller
- Artwork with a thickness of over 5mm will be disqualified
- Any drawing materials can be used, such as color pencils, markers, crayons, or paints. (CG artwork created on a computer or similar device will not be accepted)
- Submissions created by Procreate, Adobe Illustrator etc. will be accepted
- Submissions created in AI such as ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion and more will not be accepted
Submission requirements:
- Entries must include the Toyota logo
- Entries may not be co-created

- Please download the entry form from the Toyota Hong Kong Facebook page or the Toyota Official Website, fill in all the necessary information on the form and attach it to the back of your artwork.
- Please mail the artwork with the entry form to: Crown Motors Ltd, Unit 08, 11/F, Tower B, Manulife Financial Centre 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, attention it to “The 17th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2024 Support Team”

Online submissions：

- Downloading the submission form from Toyota Hong Kong Facebook or the official Toyota webpage. Then, email your submission and the completed submission form to marketinghk@crown-motors.com
- On the email subject, please note ““The 17th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2024”;
- Submission deadline: February 9, 2024 (All email submissions must be received on this date. All emails received thereafter will be automatically disqualified)
-Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified
- Online submissions must include:
- The digital file must be within 1MB to 5MB at approximately 300dpi
- The digital file musts be either JPG or PNG (PDFs will not be accepted)
- Suggestion: compress and save your work first to avoid exceeding the maximum file size on email

Judging criteria:
|
- Artistry: Whether the theme and concepts are conveyed in the artwork
- Uniqueness: Whether the work showcases unique imagination that expresses dreams or the future
- Execution of concept: Including overall look, colour coordination etc.
Submissions involving other organisations’ names, logos, IP characters and products will be automatically disqualified.

Awards in Hong Kong Contest:

There will be a Gold, Silver and Bronze award in each category. Recipients will represent Hong Kong to enter the World Contest*
- Gold - HK$5,000 Commercial Press voucher, HK$5,000 fuel coupon#
- Silver - HK$3,000 Commercial Press voucher, HK$3,000 fuel coupon#
- Bronze - HK$1,000 Commercial Press voucher, HK$1,000 fuel coupon#
*The 3 winners of the World Contest plus 2 Special-Award winners will each receive US$5,000 prize money for educational purposes. Each of their schools will also receive US$10,000 prize money. The Contest will also name 21 Best Finalist. Each will receive US$3000 prize money for educational purposes.
